One of my friends sent me a YouTube video about a family broken down.
The son of this family got cancer and had to go chemotherapy. Then his father quited the job, with his mum together helped to send their son to go for chemo. Their son got medical insurance. But after 2 years, his medical insurance maxed out. The whole family began to leave on credit card borrowings and at last they broke.
This video was documented on accusing how evil the credit lending system was. However, I feel this family has a problem oriented formation from the beginning. Both the two parents are emotional people. There is no thinker or a steersman in their family.
When their son got cancer, they only thought of how to give their son best treatment. The financial side on how to keep the family afloat was too easy to have been omitted. It was expected that after their son got cancer, there would be more spendings.
The feeling to me is both parents are feelers not thinkers, and this type of single-minded families must be very risky. There was no steersman in their family to refuse to ratify the father on quitting his job. It is so obvious a mistake.
Second mistake they have made, was on how to avoid maxed out the medical insurance cap. Their son’s medical insurance had a cap of US$ 2 Million. It was not easy to max out 2 million on chemotherapies. They should have checked internet on how many chemotherapies a typical cancer patient would have to go through, then chose a hospital their insurance could cover. It was very stupid at the beginning to purchase everything best, only at last found they could not afford any more chemos after their insurance cap maxed out.
The problem is a feeler will normally like to couple with a feeler. People appreciate similar ideas, similar characters and similar cultures. Nevertheless, ignore the risk of single-minded will usually results very badly.
The unhealthy nature of their family formation literarily made their son got killed.

What type of girl friend I want? 4 Interdependent Relationship

Last Saturday, I joined a relationship and communication skill seminar. It was quite helpful.
What impressed me the most was that the speaker held that a perfect man or a perfect woman is usually not a good choice of a partner. “The reason is simple, why does he need you?” Only an interdependent relationship is a good relationship. A perfect man and a perfect woman will not have the needs to be interdependent.
The speaker showed us two examples. The first example was Edison Chen(陈冠希)． Chen had almost everything, handsome, money, sport car, had his papa and mama love him, had a lot of fans supported him. When a man has almost everything, a girl friend will mean very little to him. He doesn’t need his girl friend love him, he doesn’t need his girl friend care him. Only the girl friends’ beauty and sex was what Chen needed. So Chen could date one, make love and then dispose her like a trash.
Another example, he showed us was Princess Diana. Her tragedy was almost for the same reason. To Prince Charles, she was merely a sex offeror. As a prince, Charles did not need her care or her love. Still her beauty was not important. It was so easy for a prince to find another even prettier girl. Only an interdependent relationship is a good relationship. A perfect man and a perfect woman will not have the needs to be interdependent. Princess Diana's tragedy was doomed from the beginning.

In a fairytale, after the prince married with the snow white, they had a happy life ever since. Compare to real history, seldom any kings and emperors had less than 10 wives. All most all of them killed their wives and concubines with little mercy.
I quite agree with the speaker. One of my course mates separated with her boyfriend a couple months before. She complained to me about her ex, “I cook dishes for him. I pare fruits for him. Does he have any conscience?” On listening to her complain, I thought, as long as her ex had house maids in his house, what she did might really had little meaning to him.
Instead, for those people grow up from poverty, like Maria’s father’s generation. It is much easier for them to know to appreciate, to have a deep call on never letting their family, their children suffer again.
Maria told me her father was an orphan, his desire of warmth, his need of being loved, and his thirsty of being cared were the safe-net of Maria’s family. It ensured they could pass different culture background. It ensured they could move on after every quarreling. It is not an accident that Maria always holds her father is the best father in the world.
While compare to my mama, she was a daughter of a army general. My papa, he was a son of a big land-lord. When he was young, he had more than 10 house maids in his family. Every time my mama scolds my papa for never doing housework, my papa will say sorry with a smile on his face. I think, as long as he cannot feel remorse, as long as he does not have a deep call of a happy & peaceful family, he will not have any motivation to change and their fights will hard to end.

Joke 5, en~ I don't want to be the "best man"!
After sending out all the pc fair photos, I conducted a survey today, see how many photographers had send their photos to the show girls.
I have got 5 replies from different girls, all told me that I was the only photographer had e-Mailed them photos so far.
While I replied:"I am regretting now. I don't want to be the 'best man'.
The best man is always not the person to marry the bride." :P

Economy is bad. In MSN, many show girl friends told me they could not find a job in this PC Fair. Except broadband, all companies are having pressures on cutting cost.
While, on the other hand, I saw many companies just simply hire a show girl, give her some flyers to send. This will not maximize the show girls’ contributions to the company. And in this vicious cycle everyone lose. With less contribution company could exploit from show girls, they tend to less and less willing to hire one.
Actually, it is important to sew some logos on the show girls’ suits. It could be sewn for only RM10 per shirt in many tailor shops. And different from seeing company’s big-big logo on billboard, a logo on show girls’ suits could convey positive message to the company’s brand and this messages are more easily accepted by customers.
Research has proven show girls definitely help business to thrive. That is why big international firms like P&G, Toyota, Panasonic, Samsung and Tiger Beer never cut much budgets on this field. Instead they are never hesitated to pay millions to the sport stars, movie actress.
